Aria Cucina Italiana is opening in Manila!

Boracay-holics can now satiate their cravings for Aria's famous woodfire oven-baked pizza (swear, this itty bitty fact makes all the difference!) because Aria Cucina Italiana is now opening in Manila!

After over a decade of operations in Boracay, owners Juan Elizalde, Paolo Occhionero together with Aria Cucina Italia-Manila Chef, Marino Leonardis (who hails from Leguria, Italy) will be opening Aria Cucina Italiana in Bonifacio High Street Central on January 28. They're keeping the original Boracay menu untouched except for adding a couple of “must-try’s" such as Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli, 3 cheese Gnocchi, Risottos
(Di Mare, Saffron, Porcini and Mascarpone). New desserts will also be offered like a chocolate mousse and the Zuppa Inglese.
